William J. Brisson

MILTON – William J. Brisson, 58, was called to heaven on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at his residence surrounded by loved ones. Bill was born in Burlington on September 12, 1962, the son of Robert and Beverly Brisson Sr. He graduated from Milton High School in 1980 and started working for Napa Auto Parts that same year. From there landed a position with Belden Wire & Cable for 22 years, then worked side-by-side with his brother Bob managing Vermont Custom Concrete for the last 16 years. Bill had a passion for cars and loved to attend car shows and watch auto racing. For many years he drove his own 01 Dodge Charger in Milton’s Fourth of July parade. Bill also enjoyed driving his Ford Mustang Mystic Cobra and won several car show trophies. He helped his mother exhibit at many local and state-wide craft shows and later started making his own creations. Bill loved animals and was devoted to his cats Tiger and Shadow. He was past member of the Milton Fire Department and an active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Bill always had a friendly smile and uplifting words of encouragement and saw the good in everything. He continued to make us laugh and smile until his last day. Above all Bill truly enjoyed spending time with family and friends at events, campfires, and cookouts. Bill is survived and deeply missed by his brother Bob Brisson Jr., and his partner Lori Donna of Milton and her family, niece Rhonda Santos, great nephews Joel and Marcus. He also leaves behind his grandmother Mildred Wells, life-long friend Jimmy Mobbs, along with extended family and many friends. Bill was predeceased by his mother Beverly in 2016 and his father Robert in 1991. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, July 25 from 3-5 pm in the Minor Funeral and Cremation Center in Milton, with prayers offered by Fr. Feltz at 5pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 11am in St. Ann Catholic Church in Milton. Following Mass, burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery
