In Loving Memory of Trevor Warren Galen Wells December 25, 1989 – May 29, 2025
We gather today to honor and celebrate the life of Trevor Wells, a man of remarkable depth, unwavering loyalty, and immense love. His presence filled the lives of those around him with passion and devotion, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished forever.
Born on Christmas Day in South Burlington, Vermont, Trevor was a gift to his family and friends—a bright light in their lives. He spent much of his youth in Central Florida but always found his way back to Vermont, drawn to its tranquility and the deep-rooted connections that anchored him. He was mentored by his grandfather, Ronnie Wells, who shaped his understanding of strength, wisdom, and responsibility. And in a touching coincidence, Trevor departed this world on May 29, 2025, his grandfather’s birthday, as if to reunite in spirit.
Trevor’s mother, Sue Anne Mae Wells, shared a bond with him that words could never fully capture. Their connection was profound, an unspoken language of love and understanding. He was her light—her greatest joy. He also held deep loyalty and love for his brother, Connor Mumley, and his step-sister, Debbie Feingold.
A man of determination, Trevor graduated from the Florida Department of Corrections Training Center and became a certified corrections officer—an achievement that reflected his commitment to service, discipline, and justice. He spent a decade working as a dispatcher with SSTA in Colchester, Vermont, and helped build a successful armory business alongside his mother and stepfather. His fascination with antique and rare firearms ran deep, and his expertise in their history and craftsmanship was unmatched.
Trevor experienced great love in his life. His journey first led him to his high school sweetheart, Kate Judson (Francisco), with whom he welcomed his daughter, Elizabeth, on September 2, 2014. Later, he found love with Elizabeth Keglovits, who bore him his son, Waylon, on July 18, 2019. Following Elizabeth’s passing, Trevor returned to Florida, determined to raise Waylon with the same devotion and warmth that had always guided him.
In time, Trevor married Adrianna Chelsea Appana in Melbourne, Florida, embracing the role of stepfather to her children—Kiera, Terry, and MJ. He cared for them deeply, offering them the same unwavering love and protection that defined his character.
Above all, Trevor was a father first. His children, Elizabeth and Waylon, were his greatest treasures, and he poured his heart into them, ensuring they knew the depth of his love. His devotion to family was unshakable, and his legacy lives on through the lives he touched.
Trevor lived boldly, loved fiercely, and protected those he held dear. Though he has left this world, his spirit remains, watching over us, guiding us with his strength, and reminding us of the power of love and loyalty.
Rest peacefully, Trevor. You are deeply missed, but your light will never fade.
