Susan J. Atwood passed away on March 23, 2024 at the Arbors in Shelburne.  Sue was born on Oct. 26, 1939, the daughter of Fred and Agatha Atwood. and lived most of her life in Colchester, Vermont, graduating from Mount St. Mary’s Academy in Burlington.    Sue furthered her education at Champlain and Trinity College.

Sue was a devout Catholic which gave her strength and comfort throughout her life.  It is especially sad that Sue died during her favorite time of year, March Madness. She loved women’s basketball most of all.  Sue was also a long-time member of the Colchester Community Choir.
