Her life was a beautiful testament to resilience, strength, and an unwavering dedication to kindness—a woman whose rosy red cheeks and bright blue eyes were always filled with a bubbly happiness that lifted the spirits of everyone around her.
Phyllis's journey was marked by her steadfast commitment to supporting her children. Throughout her life, she held several jobs, but it was her deeply cherished career at the University Vermont Medical Center where she proudly devoted 19 years before retiring. Her work was more than just a job; it was a reflection of her caring nature and her drive to create a better life for her family.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Joseph Snay and Edith Brunnel, her husband and love of her life Meril M. Badger, her children, Meril F. Badger, Theresa Bushey, and Michael Badger, daughters-in-law Karen Badger and Patricia Badger and son-in-law Lyndon Murray and 8 other siblings.
