Patricia Stunell, a beloved matriarch renowned for her sweet, sassy, and elegant demeanor, passed away at her residence on January 7, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on January 18, 1931, in England, Patricia's life spanned nearly 95 remarkable years, during which she touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Patricia was celebrated not only for her graceful presence but also for her unwavering commitment to family and tradition. An advocate for proper etiquette, she consistently exemplified flawless formal salutations and an appreciation for the beauty in life, notably her cherished flowers and impeccably styled curls. She embraced every occasion with sophistication and joy, leaving an indelible mark on family gatherings and social events alike.

Her legacy lives on through her surviving family members, her children Danielle Aubin and John (whom she considered a son), Lorne Stunell and Tammy, and Nicholas Stunell and Ashley. Patricia was the proud grandmother of eight grandchildren: Anthony Aubin, Angela McCarthy, Ashley Bigelow, Jennifer Connor, Scott Stunell, Alexander Stunell, Sarah Stunell and Tyler Stunell. Her love extended even further with the arrival of great-grandchildren: Sadie, Jack, Ava, Oliver, Marley, Maggie, Rorie and Liam. She is also survived by her cherished niece, Niki, and relatives in England.

Patricia was preceded by her parents, Phylis Mabey and William Davey, her devoted husband Dennis Stunell the love of her life, and her beloved sisters Pamela Homewood and Ann Parslow. Each of these individuals undoubtedly held a special place in her heart, and they are eternally fondly remembered by those she left behind.

As a matriarch, Patricia skillfully brought together generations, fostering connections that will continue to thrive in the hearts of her family. Her sweet yet sassy spirit will echo through countless stories and cherished memories for years to come. Patricia is deeply missed, yet her elegance and warmth will forever inspire those fortunate enough to have known her.

There is no doubt when ever we see roses in bloom, hear mention of the Sunshine State, or feel the warmth of the sun on our faces, we will think of her and smile. We promise to continue to try and master Yorkshire Pudding but who are we kidding?! Hers will always be everyone's favorite, along with her delicious spaghetti sauce. We hope you have found continued love and comfort in Pop-pops arms, ballroom dancing the night away. We miss you already and will always love you XOXO.

In accordance with her wishes, the family will have a private celebration of life when the flowers are blooming.
