Nancy Flynn, 84, of South Burlington, passed away peacefully at the McClure Miller Respite House on March 6th, 2026. She was born on April 2nd, 1941, in Rutland, Vermont, to Arthur and Irene (née Cimonette) Fredette.
Nancy spent her life striving to follow the teachings of Christ through service to others and devotion to her family. She loved walking and took a walk every morning on her way to church. Her faith was of utmost importance to her, as was spending time with her beloved family. Summers were often spent together enjoying BBQ picnics and many adventures to the Von Trapp Family Lodge. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Hathaway; her grandchildren, Amanda (Ryan) Little, Joe Gravelin, and Bree Lavalley; her great-grandchildren, Carter Little, Ryder Albright, Cora Little, and Acadia Bushey; her brother, Larry Fredette; and other family members and friends.
Nancy was predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Irene Fredette; the father of her daughter, Stanley Van Buren; and her former husband, John Flynn.
