Obituary of Michael A. Williams
Plattsburgh/Milton - Michael A. "Willy" Williams, 60, left family and friends far too early in life, on Monday July 27, 2020 at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, surrounded by his loving family.
Mike was born on February 5, 1960 in Portland, Maine, the son of Richard and Linda (Jordan) Williams.
He graduated from Milton High School in 1978 and attended college at Lyndon State.
Mike and Mel loved boating on Lake Champlain. He enjoyed scuba diving, snowmobiling and was a barbecue pit master. He also loved flying drones, gardening and was an avid Dolphin and Red Sox fan. He also enjoyed power lifting and ping pong. Mike was a fashionista of Hawaiian shirts.
He had worked for over 30 years at Perrigo, formerly Wyeth, in Georgia, VT, most recently as a Production Supervisor.
He is survived by his fianc Melodie Paynter of Plattsburgh, his sister Kimberly Williams of Alburgh, his brother Mark Williams and his wife Susan of Milton and sister Kathy Williams of Milton, Melodie's mother Jeanne Leagon, who he fondly called Mom, Melodie's children Zachary and Christopher, her grandchildren Kennedy and Landon, his nieces and nephews Philip, Chantal, Josh, Sarah, Mark, Brandi(also Goddaughter), Logan and Danny, his cousins Brenda, Cindy, Laura and Pam and by his beloved dog Kaycee.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday July 31st 2020 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm at the Minor Funeral and Cremation Center in Milton.
