Kristin Ann Lonerwright

Georgia, VT - Kristin Ann Lonerwright, 47, passed away January 1, 2022, at home, peacefully in her sleep, after a long battle with autoimmune disorders. Kristin was born on September 6, 1974, in Chicago, IL. She is survived by her wife Michelle, her children Tyler Lonerwright and Jasmine Lonerwright, her parents James and Barbara (Clark) Wright, her granddaughter Anna Alegria, as well as her two siblings; Joe Wright and Kathy Wright, nieces Alyssa, Lauren and Samantha Wright, and her nephew Nick Wright. In 1996, while studying for her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Kristin met the love of her life. Kristin and Michelle took each other by the hand and never let go. They were married two years later. In 2001, they moved to Vermont so that Kristin could earn her Master's Degree in Public Administration and achieve her dream of raising a family. Kristin's booming voice, her infectious laughter and her gorgeous smile will forever be missed. The world will be a quieter place without her, but we know that she is now reunited with her mentor, aunt Joanne and will watch over us. Thanks to The Lund Family Center and the Vermont Foster Care System, Kristin and Michelle will forever be grateful for their beautiful family. A visitation will be held in The Minor Funeral Home, Milton, VT on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at 2 p.m. with a service at 3 p.m.
