Kevin Howard Pallas

Kevin Howard Pallas, 66, of Milton, passed away at the McClure Miller Respite House on November 20th , 2025 with his loving wife by his side.

He was born January 13,1959 the son of Jon Sr and Marie (née Dickinson) Pallas, who have both predeceased him.

Kevin studied at Daniel Webster College, and Rhode Island School of Electronics. He retired June 3, 2024 from his position as Senior Electrical Mechanical Technician at Mylan Technologies. He previously worked as Maintenance Technician III at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, and Field Service Engineer at ASM.

Kevin was an avid hunter and fisherman, and skilled carpenter. He enjoyed spending time on his boat, and took meticulous care of his boat and vehicles.

Kevin was a kind, caring and compassionate man who loved his wife, daughters, stepdaughter, and his family. Kevin is an open-minded person who is easy to accept different culture

Kevin is survived by his wife; Li "Angela" Ouyang, daughters; Emily Pallas, and Samantha Pallas, and stepdaughter Qin Ying “Chelsea” Zhou, siblings; Jon (Karen) Pallas and Kim Martin, nephew; Joseph Pallas, niece; Alyssa Martin, fur grandbabies; Flapjack and Omi, and many friends and family members.

A celebration of life will be held in January more information will be posted at a later date.
