Joyce Pellegrini

Joyce (Bonnette) Pellegrini, 91, of Colchester, VT passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 27th, 2024 in Burlington after suffering from dementia since 2022.  She was born in Montgomery on May 12, 1932. She was married to Victor Pellegrini Jr. who proceeded her in death in 1985.  She is survived by her twin sister Janice (Bonnette) Haser of Baraboo, Wisconsin, her daughter Victoria (Vicki) Pellegrini Cooper, and her grandchildren; Jeremy, Audrey, and Owen Cooper of Miamisburg, OH. 
 
 She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who helped and served her family every way she could. She also had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community at Whitcomb Woods in Essex Jct., where she lived for the last decades of her life. 
 
 Joyce also made a significant impact as a secretary for the Vermont Department of Health. She helped organize the children's cleft lip and palate clinics for many years. Joyce's contributions played a vital role in improving the lives of countless individuals within our community. 
 
 Joyce's passing leaves a void within our hearts, but we find solace in knowing that her spirit lives on through all who were touched by her kindness. She taught us the importance of hard work and helping others, leaving a lasting impact on our lives through the love she shared. 
 
 She will be buried in her family's plot, next to her husband, in the Montgomery Village Cemetery in May
