Milton, VT--John W. Perry IV, 63, passed away July 16, 2021 at University of Vermont Medical Center. John was born on September 12, 1957 in Burlington, VT, the Son of John Perry III and Shirley (LaBarge) Perry. He was a graduate of Burlington High School. He married Brenda Rock on May 23, 1981 in the former St. Stevens Parish in Winooski. John served in the Army Reserve, as a track vehicle mechanic. He then worked as a machine operator at Champlain Cable Company, and most recently as a maintenance technician for the Burlington Housing Authority. John was a quiet man, with a big heart who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. He loved the outdoors and had a passion for fishing and hunting with friends and family. John always looked forward to the VT deer season, specifically with his brother. When John wasn't fishing or hunting, you could find him out yard saling. John is survived by his wife Brenda; his children, Jennifer Perry, and John Perry V (Jamie); his grandchildren, Noah Perry, John Perry VI, and Hailey Wimble; his Siblings Robert Perry, Natalie Morin (Terry), Melissa Robair (Larry), and brother-in-law Dan Meunier and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is predeceased by his father, John Perry III; mother, Shirley Perry; and his sister, MaryJane (MJ) Meunier. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 23rd, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Minor Funeral Home in Milton, Vermont. Memorial Service will be held on July 23, 2021, 6:30 PM in Minor Funeral Home.
