Joan Ann Powell

Colchester, VT--Joan Ann Powell, 63, passed away August 11, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving children. Joan was born on October 16, 1957 in Riverhead, NY, the Daughter of Frank Rogers and Helen (Zimnoski) Rogers. Joan was an animal lover. She was the proud owner the Farm House Center, specializing in Equine Therapeutics. She is survived by: her children, Robert "Robbie" Wells-Rogers, of Colchester, Charles Powell "Charlie", of Colchester, Llewellyn Powell "Babe", of Colchester; her mother Helen of Cutchogue, NY and all of her beloved horses, dogs and cats. She is predeceased by her father, Frank Rogers; her sister Susan Rogers and her brother, Michael Rogers; In accordance with her wishes, there will be no public services, a private burial of cremains will take place on the Farm.
