Jessica Burnor

On June 15, 2024, the world said goodbye to a remarkable soul, Jessica Lynn Burnor. Born on March 13, 1987, Jessica's journey was one filled with love, laughter, and compassion that touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Among her many accomplishments, Jessica earned her Cosmetology license in 2011, showcasing her dedication and talent in the beauty industry as well as a business owner. However, it was her role as a loving and caring mother that truly defined her essence. Jessica's children, Riley Ann DeCell, and her father Zachary and Caidence Alexis Paquette, and her father Corey, will forever cherish the memories of their devoted mother.

Those closest to Jessica will remember her fondly for the special moments they shared together. Riley lovingly recalls her momma's adventurous spirit during late drives with loud music and even humorously reminisces about "torturing me by waxing my legs." Caidence treasures the memory of their early morning trips to Dunkin Donuts for double chocolate donuts and shopping with her beloved mommy.

Jessica found joy in swimming, scuba diving, taking trips to Florida and simple pleasures like watching NCIS and Law & Order, as well as actively participating in her children's school activities such as cheerleading and football. Her vibrant presence enriched the lives of those around her and left an incredible mark on their hearts.

 In Jessica's passing, she is reunited with her maternal grandparents Maynard and Marie Bushey, paternal grandparents Mary Broadwell and Burton Burnor, her father Robert Burnor, and her aunts Susan Shatney, Rose Bell, Diane Robbins, and Debbie Maloney.

Jessica leaves behind a legacy of love that will be carried on by her surviving family and friends. Her mother Cheryl Berkhoff, aunt Bonnie and uncle Sean Crumb, uncles David Bushey and Rocky Burnor, cousins Cayla Crumb, Jason Crumb, Miranda Bushey, Raymond Maloney, Jason Maloney, Billy Maloney, Pete Haskins, Laurie Spencer-Chapin, Joddie Griffith; along with a vast extended family including great aunts and uncles and second cousins who mourn her loss but celebrate the beautiful life she lived.

 A visitation in loving memory of Jessica will take place on June 20th at Minor Funeral and Cremation Center in Milton, VT. Family and friends will gather to honor Jessica's life from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on this day.

Jessica’s time on earth may have come to an early end but her spirit will live on eternally in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace knowing she was truly loved and cherished during her time among us. In Jessica’s words “Love you to the moon and back”
