Frederick Brown, Jr., a dedicated individual who spent many years working for the city of Burlington in various facets, passed away peacefully at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Born in Waltham, MA, Fredrick was known for his strong work ethic, kindness, and love for life.
Throughout his career, Frederick made a lasting impact on those around him with his unwavering commitment to public service. His dedication and passion for his work inspired many and left a mark on the community he served.
Outside of work, Frederick found joy in simple pleasures. He had a deep love for nature and enjoyed spending time fishing, hunting, boating, and riding motorcycles. Additionally, he was a proud member of The American Legion and a Charter Member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles where he formed lasting friendships and contributed to charitable causes.
Frederick will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife Jacqueline Brown, as well as his siblings Robert Brown and June Deslits. He is preceded in death by his parents Frederick Brown, Sr., Adeline Brown, and his brother David Brown.
In honoring Fredrick's memory, and service to the country in the United States Air Force, let us remember his generosity, dedication, and zest for life. May he rest in peace knowing that he touched the lives of many and left behind a legacy of kindness and service.
