Eva Julia Friscia, 59 of Milton, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2023, in Burlington, Vermont. Born on December 31, 1963, in the Bronx, New York, to Ferencz “Frank” and Elizabeth [Vlad] Denes. Eva was a woman of steel who was always taking the world by storm.
Eva, known to her loved ones as a fiery soul, was always ready for her next adventure. She approached life head-on with no fear. Her laughter would fill a whole room and will continue to leave lasting impressions on everyone's hearts. She traveled the world and created forever lasting memories with her children, and provided them with a love that can and will never be replicated. She was a mom first and everything else second. Once an adventure was over, she looked forward to the little things in life such as a quiet evening by the campfire tending to the flames and collecting her kindle, a scenic drive on an afternoon, or game night with the family. Eva had no shortage of talents, she enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and she was a Home Depot enthusiast; she loved building things, and was always investing in a new tool.
Eva had CEOs chasing after her in Grand Central Station at the age of 20 years old, hoping they would get the opportunity to work with one of the most dedicated, intelligent, and passionate people in the field of Revenue Cycle. She continued her career for more than 30 years as Director of Revenue Cycle for major hospitals and businesses. Her colleagues admired her remarkable organizational skills and her innate ability to find solutions to complex problems. Eva's impact in her field will be remembered and respected by all who had the pleasure of working with her.
Eva is survived by husband, Louis Friscia of NY, Nina Friscia of Hinesburg, Chris Friscia of Hinesburg; and siblings, Chucky Vlad of FL, and Liza Vlad of NY.
She is predeceased by her parents, Frank Denes, Elizabeth Denes, and siblings Frank Denes Jr., and Joe Vlad.
Eva Julia Friscia's family wants anyone who knew and cared for her to honor her memory by coming together, sharing stories, laughter, and tears as they reflect on the beautiful life Eva lived. Legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will forever resonate in the hearts of those she touched. May her soul find eternal peace as her memory lives on in the cherished stories and memories held dear by those fortunate enough to have known her.
