Earl C. Newell, 86 passed away unexpectedly in the Northwest Medical Center in St. Albans on Tuesday, October 3, 2017. A resident of Ava Maria Care Home in Richford, Earl had worked for many years with the A.C. Hathorne Roofing Company as a commercial roofer. Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later time.
