Obituary of Donna Leigh Sweeney Colchester, VT--Donna Leigh Sweeney, 62, passed away November 26, 2021 at home in Colchester where she lived most of her life. Donna was born on August 28, 1959 in Burlington, VT, a Daughter of Donald Sweeney and Pauline (Premo). Donna was a graduate of Trinity College. She was an accountant at various local insurance agencies. She was also well known for her extreme love of animals, including being a vegan. When Donna wasn't riding horses, she was likely to be playing her acoustic guitar or doing anything creative, including painting. She is survived by: her sisters Kimberly Sweeney of Colchester and Darlene Worden of New Hampshire and uncle Armand Premo of Alburg, VT. She is predeceased by her father, Donald Sweeney; mother, Pauline Sweeney and nephew Peter Worden. Per Donna's request her service will be held privately.
