Donald George Bennett Jr., 64, of Milton, Vermont, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 12, 2018.

Donald was the son of Donald and Thelma (Farrell) Bennett. He had worked for Verizon for many years in New Jersey before retiring and moving to Vermont. He was a gifted visual artist, experimenting in many techniques throughout his life, including painting, sculpture, and mixed medium collage. He also excelled at woodworking and electrical engineering, creating custom frames, furniture, speaker cabinets, and musical amplifiers.

His family and friends will always remember him for his passionate love of art, music, and poetry, and his clever mind.

He is survived by his three children, Sara Bennett, Tia Bennett, and Ian Bennett, and his sister, Trudy Wiegand.
