BRADLEY CHARLES KEITH

Bradley Charles Keith, 60, of Georgia, VT, passed away at the UVM Medical Center on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, following a short illness.

Bradley was born in Burlington, VT, the son of Patricia and LeRoy Keith, and grew up in Jericho, VT. He graduated from Mount Mansfield Union High School and NH Technical College. Later in life, he made a career change and earned his LNA license. Brad worked first as a machinist and later as a nurse. He also served as a member of the Vermont National Guard.

Brad had an independent spirit and was someone who was much more comfortable offering a hand to others than accepting one himself. He enjoyed the outdoors, animals, hunting, fishing, boating, hiking and following basketball–offering plenty of suggestions to the referees along the way. He was a skilled carpenter who took pride in a job well done, and he loved a good practical joke. Brad especially enjoyed the years he spent on Georgia Shore.

Brad’s journey through life was not always an easy one, and at times those struggles affected his relationships with others. Through it all, he remained someone who believed in God and believed things happen for a reason. He spent much of his life searching for those reasons. His family finds comfort in believing that Brad is finally at a well-deserved peace.

Brad is survived by his brother, Scott Keith of Essex, daughters, Chandra Labounty (Matt) of Starksboro and Cheri Keith of Essex; and grandsons, Tucker, Jordan and Hunter.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia and LeRoy Keith.

Brad’s family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at the UVM Medical staff for their care and compassion.

A graveside service was held at the Underhill Flats Cemetery.
