Saint Albans--Barbara Claire Cook, 90, passed away peacefully on February 4th, 2022 at Saint Albans Health & Rehab. Barbara was born on September 4, 1931, in Pawtucket, RI, the Daughter of William Perrin and Mildred. Barbara was a secretary at Rhode Island Hospital for many years. She was very proud of her post-secondary education at University of Maryland and sharing her knowledge with others. Barbara was also well known to spend her free time traveling the world. When not traveling, she was a born cook and loved working on her crossword puzzles. She is survived by: her children Lorelei (Normand) Mongeau, of Milton and Christopher Cook, of NC,; her grandchildren, Jasmine Mongeau and Nina Plant; her great-grandchild Zavien and her sister Nancy Miller, of RI. She is predeceased by her father, William Perrin; mother, Mildred Perrin and brother, William Perrin. In accordance with the families wishes, there will be no services.
