Azarius A. Beaudoin, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2026, in Essex, surrounded by his loving wife of 74 years, Sylvia (Parent) Beaudoin. He was born on February 24, 1928, in Winooski, Vermont, and lived a life steeped in love and service.

Azarius proudly served as a World War II Army veteran, where he showcased great courage and dedication while serving in both theaters. His commitment to his country reflected the values he held dear throughout his life.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Sylvia, and a legacy of love through his children: Janet Gibbons, Janice Laplante and her husband Nelson, James Beaudoin, Mary Stallworth, and Pamela Trombley and her husband Robert. Azarius also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren who will carry on his memory and cherished family traditions.

His brother, Ted Beaudoin, along with his wife Irene, remember him fondly, reminiscing about the love and laughter they shared over the years.

Azarius was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolphe Beaudoin, and Mabel (Desautels) Beaudoin, his siblings Rudolphe "Joe" Beaudoin, Thersa Bouchard, Reginald Beaudoin, and Pauline Brown. Their spirits remain woven into the fabric of his enduring legacy.

A man of integrity and strength, Azarius A. Beaudoin will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, the sacrifices made for his country, and the joyful memories he created throughout his inspirational life. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.

In accordance with his wishes services will be held when his wife of seventy four years has joined him.
